Dublin (an architectural conservation area aca 05), consisting of the removal of the existing non-original corrugated metal sheeting roof finish and reinstatement of the original natural slate finish to the roof pitches on the west side of the building (total roof area 483 sq m), renewal of lead valleys/gutters, replacement of non-original pvc rainwater goods with cast iron, any associated repair/refurbishment to the roof structure and the refurbishment of lantern rooflights within these roof areas including replacement on non-original glazed top-lights & glazing bars with a patent glazing system and installation of secondary glazing to rear of louvered rooflight lanterns.
