Construction of ground floor single-storey extension (73 sqm) to rear of 42a to incorporate parish meeting room and chair storage room. Internal alterations to ground and first floor of 42a including new a. O. V. To top of stairs. New mechanical and electrical services throughout 42a. Landscaping at 42a includes new ramp and steps to front porch to be formed in concrete with tubular steel handrails and tactile paving at base, new stone paving and planters. New ramp to rear garden, steps to new raised terrace, new planters and paving throughout. New boundary walls to replace existing between 42a and 42b at front and rear.
