The applicants seek permission for modifications to, and extension of dorn hall, 18 harbour road, townparks, skerries, co dublin, k34 px05 to facilitate the reinstatement of the entire property as a single family dwelling house. Removals include: single storey extension to the entrance façade off harbour road (3m2), extension at ground floor into the former light well under the main entrance steps on the south east elevation (2.7m2) and a two storey wing to the northeastern gable end (84m2), comprising of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and wc at ground floor level and kitchen/ dining room and associated external terrace at first floor level. Total removals comprise 89.7m2 floor area. This proposal also includes minor alterations to the original house comprising modifications to the existing entrance door to the northwestern facade, and the relocation of an existing chimney stack to the northeastern gable of the original structure.
