(vii) a cpcf pipeline consisting of a large diameter trunk pipeline. (viii) a central supervisory control and data acquisition (scada) system comprising kiosks and associated electrical power and signal connections. (ix) repurposing of the central section of the existing airfield trunk culvert (atc) as a contaminated pipeline. (x) additional flood alleviation measures downstream of the airfield to provide additional flood resilience. (xi) cuckoo stream naturalisation measures downstream of the airfield to improve habitat quality and facilitate further improvements in water quality.
