Planning permission to construct a 42 sq. M rear extension, removed 1 m from side boundaries. Provide 29 sq. M attic room with rear gable window. Provide atrium linking ground floor with attic room. Rear extension to be sunken 600 mm and ridge to be no more than 1 m higher than cottage ridge, and linked with a small hip. All windows to front to be hardwood up-and-down sash. Convert existing garage to gym with matching windows to cottage. Extend front boundary wall to take-in garage as in deeds. Front and rear pitch of cottage to be finished with natural slate, and black, zinc overlapping sheeting panels to be used elsewhere. Solar panels to be on west pitch of new extension and out of view to public. Provide 6 roof lights to proposed rear extension. Provide vehicular entrance off upper cliff road and all ancillary works.
