The subject alterations for which planning permission is sought for are as follows: the development will consist of: amendments to the warehouse development permitted under fingal county council reg. Ref. F23a/0034 to 'unit a' only. The amendments principally comprise
- Change of area of the permitted structure (9,555 sqm warehouse with 638 sqm ancillary office and staff facilities) to 5,492 sqm warehouse with 914 sqm ancillary office and staff facilities with maximum height of 18.9 m
- Portion of rear yard to be used for external storage (3,919 sqm), 3.5 m high, of goods related to the construction industry, specifically drainage related products – pipes, manholes and surface water drainage components.
