M of warehouse / logistics floor space at ground floor level, and associated internal reconfiguration, to provide for ancillary office floorspace and welfare facilities; - provision of a second floor level to provide an additional 406 sq. M of ancillary office floorspace and welfare facilities, and an associated office roof plant area above (within the existing building envelope); - extension of the existing stair core 1 by one floor level to provide access to the proposed second floor level and extension of the existing stair core 2 by two floor levels to provide access to the proposed second floor level and the associated office roof plant area; - alterations to the building elevations, including: - additional row of strip glazing and increase of the existing wrap around curtain wall glazing by 4m at the main entrance to the proposed second floor level on the north and west elevation; - provision of additional windows to the proposed second floor level on the north and west elevation; - provision of an additional staff access door at ground floor level on the south elevation; - additional vents to the existing and proposed stair core extensions on the north elevation; and - all associated site works the application site is bound by kilshane way to the south and kilshane view to the north.
