The proposed amendments are for design alterations to the unit d warehouse and ancillary office building and to the associated site works within the unit d curtilage to facilitate its use as a logistics enterprise/land terminal. The proposed amendments include : reduction in height and volume of the warehouse building (c 4,195 sqm gfa), which also accommodates the ancillary office and driver welfare facilities (c. 725sqm gfa), inclusion of protective external canopies on northwest and southeast elevations, alteration of facade design and finishes and solar pv panels on the roof of the warehouse building; associated signage on the northeast, southeast and northwest elevations.
