The area to be demolished is a former viewing area and no longer in use for that purpose; associated site works which include reconfiguration of the internal hospital road and services; new entrance to the mortuary; construction on the site of a new two storey hospital laboratory building with rooftop plant enclosures and small single-storey extension to the mortuary.
