The development will consist of: amendments to the permitted development (galway city council ref 17/128) generally comprising of change of use of (i) bank and offices uses, and (ii) wholesale and ancillary retail uses at basement and ground floor levels to hotel use and internal alterations to the ground floor level and external alterations.
