Bedrooms, conferencing facilities and restaurant/bar areas (8,675 sqm). (3) a double basement which includes a 'high bay' area for service, delivery and waste management vehicles; in addition to the provision of plant, car and bicycle parking, changing/shower areas and locker/amenity facilities (62,175 sqm) incorporating alterations to the existing structures on site permitted under pl.
