The development consists of: a) internal alterations/amendments to the ground floor level reception, bar-restaurant and ancillary service areas. B) internal alterations/amendments to the upper basement level b1 meeting rooms and ancillary service areas. C) internal alterations/amendments of 30m2 to the lower basement level b2 staff and service areas d) extension of lounge at 6th floor of 47.7 m2 over previously permitted terrace areas. E) internal alterations at fifth floor level replacing 6 no. Bedrooms with 3 no. Bedroom suites, reducing the number of bedrooms from 180 to 177 the site coverage of the building above ground has been retained as per the scheme granted under pl ref 18/363 and 20/102. F) escape corridor at sixth floor amended to be external covered walkway, a decrease of 65.2m2. G) the gross floor area of the proposed hotel is 10,270.88 m2, an increase of 12.5 m2. H) relocation of the permitted open entrance canopy at ground floor east elevation.
