The development will consist of the following: i. Construction of new terraced houses in a single 2.5 storey building block on infill lands comprising of 5 no. 3-bed units; ii. Partial demolition works to the inside and outside of the existing 1 no. 5-bed dwellinghouse and associated structures resulting in a refurbished 2-bed residential dwelling, and a creation of new pedestrian access to the rear of the site from salthill road lower (r864); iii.
