For a mixed use development at numbers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bridge street / the tracks. The development will consist of: (a) the demolition of 5 number existing 3 storey derelict buildings at 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bridge street, (b) the construction of a 3 storey mixed use unit in their place, fronting on to bridge street and backing onto an existing car park on the tracks. The proposed re-constructed buildings on bridge street will match the original units with regards to window fenestration, scale, bulk and architectural style, while the rear elevation backing onto the tracks will integrate with an existing adjoining property granted under a previous planning application ref. No. 13/720.
