The development will consist of: (a) the demolition of 5 number existing 3 storey derelict buildings at 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bridge street, (b) the construction of a 3 storey mixed use unit in their place, fronting on to bridge street and backing onto an existing car park on the tracks.
