Construct a battery storage facility within a total site area up to 2.178ha, to include 60 no self-contained battery container units with associated hvac cooling units, 14 converter and 14 step up transformer container units, associated compound cabling and ducting, a grid transformer , a single storey substation/control building with welfare facilities, a foul water holding tank , a cable route grid connection to the adjacent esb substation , maintenance lighting, security fencing , a cctv monitoring system, landscaping works and all associated ancillary infrastructure on lands.
