Terraced 1 bedroom single storey houses, 3 no. Detached 4 bedroom two storey houses, 3 no. Three storey duplex buildings each containing 2 no. 2 bedroom residential units at ground level and 2 no. 2 bedroom residential units over 2 storeys at 1st and 2nd floor level in each building, a two storey apartment building containing 13 apartments as follows, 4 no. 1 bedroom apartment units, 6 no. 2 bedroom apartment units and 3 no. 3 bedroom apartments.
