  • The development will consist of an amendment to an existing planning permission ‘’to construct 80 number dwellings, consisting of four 4 bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses, sixty 3 bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses, ten 2 bedroom terraced houses in two blocks of five and six 2 bedroom single storey bungalows, an esb sub-station, and all associated site works at banshagh, killorglin, co. Kerry’’ which was previously permitted under planning reg. Number 21/188. The proposed amendment applies to 54 no. Units to the south of the site. The initial 26 units to the north of the site are to remain as previously permitted. There has been no net increase in units from the previously permitted application. The amendment will consist of
  • ) alterations to the permitted site plan including alterations to the road layout
  • ) a revised unit mix. (12 no. 2 bed units, 64 no. 3 bed units & 4 no. 4 bed units )
