Kerry’’ which was previously permitted under planning reg. Number 21/188. The proposed amendment applies to 54 no. Units to the south of the site. The initial 26 units to the north of the site are to remain as previously permitted. There has been no net increase in units from the previously permitted application. The amendment will consist of
