Ref. 08/368), including the omission of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 36(a) and 39 and an amendment of condition 22 attached to that permission. The proposed amendments result in an increase in the number of permitted residential units from 204 to 205. The proposed amendments include the replacement of 67 no. Permitted house/duplex units (unit types a, b, c, d and e/f) and permitted apartment block 1 (containing 10 no. Units), with 68 no. Revised dwelling types, including: 4no. Four bed detached houses (type a1); 8 no. Four bed semi-detached houses (type a2); 1 no. Four bed detached dual fronted house (type a3); 43 no. Three bed semi-detached houses (type b1); 1 no. Three bed, end of terrace dual fronted house (type b2); 6 no. Two bed terraced houses (type c1); 2 no. Four bed end of terrace townhouses (type th1); and, 3 no. Three bed terraced townhouses.
