The electricity supply board (esb) are seeking planning permission for development consisting of: (a) refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of the existing depot building; works involving material alterations to the front elevation, including removal and infill of selected openings and provision of a revised window arrangement to reflect the internal layout; and, (b) installation of 3 no.
