Five-bed detached houses; the formation of 6,833sqm of landscaped open space areas; 177 no. Car parking spaces (158 no. Dedicated spaces and 19 no. Visitor car spaces of which 2 no. Designated for disabled users); primary vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided from a new access and junction off the thornhill road, associated residential estate roads, 4 no. Additional pedestrian/cycle accesses to be provided from the maynooth road, beatty grove, thornhill park and the adjacent aldi store.
