The development shall also provide for a revised car parking proposal of 31 spaces; a new increased public open space area of 765sqm; a vehicular access arrangement from rathbride road; new vehicular and pedestrian access to the adjoining development permitted to the north east of the site under reg. Ref. 17/1018; all landscaping works; site services; and all site development works
