Development at the existing equine bloodstock facility comprising of the following: (i) partial demolition of the roof and first-floor level of existing stables (867sqm) with refurbishment works (683sqm) to include rooflights and solar panels on south-facing roofslope; (ii) provision of 2 no. New stable blocks (250sqm in total), to be located adjacent to existing stable blocks and to include rooflights and solar panels on south-facing roofslope; (iii) demolition of existing service and machinery shed (1,007sqm) and provision of replacement machinery and storage shed (422sqm); (iv) demolition of farm manager’s accommodation (140sqm) and provision of new stud farm offices (143sqm) with solar panel on south-facing roofslope; (v) demolition of existing 2 no. Horse walkers (370sqm in total) and installation of 2 no.
