The development will consist of enclosing an existing open courtyard with a single storey roof (part flat and part pitched glazed roof) to the rear of junior house and adjacent to albert's wing in order to create an internal open plan social and recreation area, the enclosing of an existing floor walkway to the rear of junior house and on the eastern side of albert's wing, the construction of a single storey flat roof lobby to the western side of alberts's wing and south of the refectory together with all associated accommodation and all associated siteworks.
