No. 14/102 - proposed single storey extension to mountpleasant lodge nursing home consisting of a 38 bed residential elderly care facility specializing in the care of residents suffering from dementia and alzheimer’s. The proposed extension has been designed and customized for this specific category of resident and includes therapy suites, multi-sensory rooms, customized dining/sitting/day space, specialized landscaped external recreational space, sanitary and ancillary accommodation, all to the latest irish and u. K. Dementia design and fit-out standards, and hiqa best practice care home regulations and standards. The proposal includes hard and soft landscaping; car and cycle parking provision; construction details and permission to decommission and remove from site, all existing on-site sewage treatment works and replace said works with epa 2009 standards compliant treatment works consisting of on-site treatment facilities, pumping station and kiosk, 24 hours effluent storage facilities and ancillary works and connection pipe work laid along public road verge (road r 407 and r 125) through towns lands of portgloriam, duncreevan, courtown great, commons south, commons west and kilcock to existing public main sewer line off brayton park , kilcock
