M) and; provision of an equine farm isolation unit comprised of (i) a stable building (294sq. M) consisting of 8 no. Isolation stables with feedstore, staff room and treatment room. The building includes roof lights on the roof slope; (ii) new entrance gates and piers at existing farmyard entrance and new tree lined access road to the isolation yard, with a side road off it to a residential dwelling (currently under refurbishment) on adjacent lands; (iv) a new hay barn/machinery store (104 sq. M), slurry pit (124 sq.
