To amend the previously permitted redevelopment of their site of approximately 0.39hectares (the “parent permission” kildare county council reg. Ref. 18/1053 refers). The proposed development will consist of alterations to the permitted development comprising: the reorganization of the internal layout of the permitted service station building, which provides for a shop, wine off licence, hot food takeaway, deli (which will include for the sale of hot and cold food for consumption on and off the premises), and associated seating area; increase in the floor area of the permitted building by 4sqm; relocation of permitted drive thru hatch to the northwest façade; and associated elevational changes. The proposed development will also consist of: alterations to the permitted site layout including circulation routes and car parking (52 no. Car parking spaces now proposed and 3 no. Vehicle servicing spaces); relocation of the permitted offset fill and 2 no. Roll-over car washes (and associated structure); provision of an additional screened external plant area and parcel collection kiosk; and associated alterations to the permitted scheme’s services (mechanical and electrical, water supply, sewage disposal and surface water disposal).
