(b) a single-storey side extension along the eastern elevation of the permitted car dismantlers recycling depot to be used for storage of recycled car parts for online distribution. (c) a single-storey, detached building to be used for the recycling of electric/hybrid vehicle battery packs for online distribution and all associated site works. (d) permission to increase the annual number of vehicles processed on site from 5500 to 8500 vehicles per annum. (e) permission to upgrade the existing secondary effluent treatment system at the existing location and to install a new soil polishing filter on additional lands located to the east of existing established and permitted facility. (f) ancillary associated works all over a combined site area of 7.44 ha. All to be accessed via the existing kilcock car dismantlers and recycling centre vehicular entrance onto the (l-5039). The application is accompanied by an environmental impact assessment report (eiar) and the eiar is available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the planning authority
