The proposed development is comprised of 7 no. 4 bedroom detached houses, 22no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses

Access to the proposed development will be from the adjoining kilheale manor residential estate to the west of the proposed development site.
