The proposed development will consist of a revision to the permitted development granted under kildare county council reg. Ref. No. 17/539 and an bord pleanála reg. Ref. No. 300795-18; and kildare county council reg. Ref. Nos. 20/86 and 20/143 and will comprise of: amendments to the permitted unit no. 101 (c. 96sq. M) and the adjacent service corridor (c. 15sq. M) to provide for 2 no. Units and the provisions of mezzanine levels in each unit. Unit no. 101a will comprise of c. 38sq. M gfa at ground floor level and c. 49sq.
