  • Omission of proposed basement level to previously approved kitchen/dining extension to west side of existing house. Revised elevational treatment to new extension to include lime dash finish, natural slate roof and thermally broken steel windows/painted hardwood window/door joinery
  • Provision of new symmetrical shape single storey extension to the east gable of the existing house replacing the previously permitted single storey guest cottage. The new extension comprises a glazed link and new double doors from the existing drawing room to a new orangerie with 2 ensuite guest bedrooms behind and entrance to rear courtyard. The external finishes will match those of the extension proposed on the west side
  • Works will include all landscaping in the vicinity of the proposed works including alterations, diversion and connections to all existing services and site development works
