For alterations and revisions to previously permitted development works pl. Reg. No. 22/698 at straffan lodge (a protected structure) to include the following: (1) omission of proposed basement level to previously approved kitchen/dining extension to west side of existing house. Revised elevational treatment to new extension to include lime dash finish, natural slate roof and thermally broken steel windows/painted hardwood window/door joinery. (2) provision of new symmetrical shape single storey extension to the east gable of the existing house replacing the previously permitted single storey guest cottage. The new extension comprises a glazed link and new double doors from the existing drawing room to a new orangerie with 2 ensuite guest bedrooms behind and entrance to rear courtyard. The external finishes will match those of the extension proposed on the west side. (3) works will include all landscaping in the vicinity of the proposed works including alterations, diversion and connections to all existing services and site development works at straffan lodge (a protected structure)
