The development will consist of amendments to a previously granted planning permission ref. 18/1347 at the village centre site (phase 3), comprising (a) the amalgamation of the medical clinic with the retail unit including revised signage to the front & rear elevations; (b) alterations to the medical clinic design including the provision of 5 no.
