(b) planning permission is sought to change the use of part of existing dwelling, to be used as a base for administration and medical support staff in conjunction with the existing residential care services being provided for persons with disabilities, in existing dwelling houses which are located to the rear of the site. Revised by significant further information which consists of: the red line boundary has been altered in order to relocate a car parking space, there has also been amendments to the configuration of the private open space, as well as the addition of a 1.8m high concrete post around it
