Each apartment will have private amenity space provided by an inset balcony. D) secure cycle parking and bin storage will be located to the rear of the mixed-use development; new railings and pedestrian gate to match existing at front boundary, with hard landscaping area to front set-back; hard & soft landscaping to rear courtyards & open spaces. E) ancillary site development works that include the installation of pipes & connections to the existing public sewage system & water supply, new soakaway and all associated works
