Motor showrooms and a valeting and wash building along with associated works on lands bounded by the m7 / m7 junction no. 13 to the north, the r415 (nurney road) to the east, the access road to the junction 13 service station to the south and currently undeveloped lands to the west greyabbey (townland), kildare, co. Kildare. The proposed modifications consist of the following: a) the construction of a 45.6 sq. M. Single storey extension to permitted building ‘c’ (single storey vehicle wash & valeting building). B) omission of condition nos. 7, 8, 9 and 10 relating to the provision of a cycle track to the east of the site along the r415. C) the proposal will now provide for a revised cycle track along the eastern boundary up to the existing toucan crossing along the r415 and the reservation of lands for future cycle provision along the remainder of the eastern boundary (north of the toucan crossing)
