For a development to the rear of the old aib bank building with the protected façade rps no. 061, the development to consist of a flat roofed first floor residential extension to include the removal of the roof over the stairwell, the removal of the first floor outer walls of the stairwell, relocate the stairs at right angle to existing position, altering lobby space and install a lift and modifying the internal layout to provide 4 bedrooms, kitchen / living/ dining area, sitting room, study , bathroom, en-suite and utility room. External work to consist of to install a high level window in the boundary wall and install two roof lanterns, also the construction of a dividing wall in the yard to separate the residential and commercial elements and to change roof of porters apartment previously granted permission with ref 16/524 to a flat roof , also to demolish a portion of the boundary wall along church avenue and replace with a new wall set back 5.5m from the existing boundary to provide off street parking.
