Construct a reduced size of c. 33metres x c. 15metres steel-framed structure with membrane roof and side cladding to partially enclose the existing equestrian sand arena and all associated site ancillary works at capard house, capard demesne, rosenallis, r32 vh70. The proposed use for the structure which is the subject of this application is as a multi-sport indoor arena (equestrian, indoor running track, roller skating, gymnastics, etc) for use by the owners and guests on a non-commercial recreational health and fitness basis. The (reduced and revised) design incorporates changing room and storage facilities. The site of the proposed structure is within the attendant grounds of capard house, which is a protected structure (rps ref: 434_a, b, c).
