Classrooms, canteen, office, toilets and stairwell, with a total floorspace of c. 1,035m2 within esb’s existing training campus. The proposed development will also consist of 53 no. Additional car parking spaces, set out over an area of c. 2,005m2, linking to the existing on-site drainage. The proposed development will also consist of bicycle spaces, footpaths, lighting poles, underground cabling and all associated site works. The proposed development will be accessed off the existing access from the n77. Planning permission is being sought for a period of 5 years.
