Electricity supply board (esb) intends to apply for permission for development on a 0.77ha site comprising part of esb lands at esb networks, leopardstown road, dublin 18, d18 xn80. This application site comprises part of the 5.09ha esb landholding. The development will consist of a new 4 storey (plus roof level plant room) office and technical services building with screened external roof plant, green roof, roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, and roof level staff-accessible terrace (c. 3492 sq m gross floor area total). The building will include general office space, it support areas, and associated staff facilities. The development will also consist of: the demolition of existing yard walls and steps to the administration block; a single storey electrical plant building (c. 202 sq m gross floor area); 2 no. Enclosed plant areas; an external waste enclosure; a security hut (c. 62 sq m gross floor area); bicycle parking (including screens); alterations to existing car parking areas and the provision of a new car parking areas (with accessible spaces and ev charging spaces and ducting to all spaces for future ev charger installations); 2 no. Canopies over new car parking area, which will include photovoltaic panels; a loading area; boundary treatments, including secure fences and gates; pedestrian, cyclist and vehicular routes; lighting; cctv; attenuation tanks; permeable paving; suds; tree and hedgerow removal; hard and soft landscaping including new footpaths and planting; and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including changes in level and associated site servicing (foul and surface water drainage and water supply).
