George's terrace from residential to commercial/offices; demolition of inappropriate additions to the rear of both no. 1 and no. 3 st. George's terrace; the construction of a new two storey extension to the rear of both properties to provide for the linking of both buildings internally and for commercial / office use; restoration of both buildings including internal & external alterations which include the removal of existing steps and railings and the provision of new steps and railings to the front of both buildings; along with associated site works and services. (2) ground floor extension to the existing office unit along with internal & external alterations to include the provision of a new shopfront and the altering of the existing archway which links this building with no. 1 st. George's terrace and the change of use of existing office unit as extended to include for commercial/office and retail use.
