A 10 year permission is sought to construct the development of a waste transfer facility in two phases. The facility is intended to handle up to 90,000 tonnes of waste per annum. Phase i shall comprise: (i) 1,180sqm administration building; (ii) five bay 898sqm fleet vehicle maintenance and repair garage; (iii) civic amenity area and associated office; (iv) lean to roofed bin storage / cleaning area; (v) skip compactor storage and hook storage/set down area; (vi) bin management office; (vii) c&d segregation, crusher and storage area; (viii) dedicated timber bay; (ix) 3 no. Open, covered glass bay storage areas; (x) truck wheel wash; (xi) 2 no. Weighbridges and associated kiosk; (xii) on site car parking, truck parking and a bicycle store; and (xiii) automatic truck wash; (xiv) all associated site works including (a) class i by-pass fuel/oil interceptors, (b) rainwater harvest system, (c) underground attenuation system; (d) 3 no. Underground storage tanks (e) connection into the bunlicky wastewater treatment plant, (f) internal site security fencing; (g) perimeter fencing; (h) landscaping, (i) 2 no.
