A 10 year permission to construct a phased development consisting of, multi purpose community/sports hall (c. 40m x 20m clear span internally), two storey meeting room/reception & services block, single storey kitchen/storage areas with associated screened roof plant, single storey shower and changing facilities block, internal concourse (including horizontal and vertical circulation to link all of the above with ancillary exhibition space use, playing pitch with associated goalposts, 2.12m-15m high protective netting structure and floodlighting for gaelic games, car parking to service the aforementioned development located between the playing pitch and the north eastern site boundary, vehicular access from existing shared site access roadway to the south west and south east of the site.
