Conversion of existing ground floor level into 2no. Separate offices (commercial) areas. The upgrading of existing 2 storey flat roofed extension at rear (non-original) to include 2no. Georgian type windows to replace existing, including new sliding door (service access) to hartstonge mews access laneway. New 'a' roof (steel framed with timber rafters) with traditional roof slates, to main building, to replace existing, including new parapet gutters at front and rear. New conservation type rooflight (roof access) to roof slope fronting catherine place, and new conservation type roof light (smoke vent), including installation of solar panels to rear roof slope. New conservation type rainwater pipes to replace existing. Installation of lift in existing rear annex. Installation of fire lobbies at first, second, and third floor landings.
