Change of use of former offices into hostel at basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor levels into bedrooms, and separate wcs and shower rooms: and to carry out some necessary modifications at all floor levels. Installation of conservation-type rooflight (smoke vent) to rear roof slope over the existing stairwell. Permission is sought to convert the existing mews building rear, including new first floor, with disability access bedroom and shower room at ground floor level with bedroom including ensuite at first floor level including new staircase. Reinstatement of 2no. Traditional type windows within original bricked up window openings in external walls to glentworth mews, installation of 3no. Conversion type rooflights to rear and slope of mews roof. Permission is sought for conversion of existing cellar at basement level (glentworth st) into services/plant room incl. New metal door screen to existing cellar opening. This services/plant cellar room is to replace former internal plant room at basement level. The proposal also includes all other ancillary services and drainage works necessary to facilitate the proposed development at 11 glentworth st. & 11 glentworth mews.
