A) subdividing the existing ground floor and basement levels, b) the change of use of the ground floor from restaurant use to office use and part of the ground floor to use as a bicycle store, c) the change of use of the first floor from office use to a residential apartment and alterations to the floor playout plan to accommodate the proposed residential use, d) alterations to the floor layouts of the second and third floor apartments, e) extension and alterations at ground floor level to provide a bin store and a new entrance to the proposed ground floor office both of which shall be accessible from catherine street, f) fitting new georgian style up and down sliding sash windows to the existing period window openings on the glentworth street and catherine street elevations of the structure and as indicated on the architects drawings, g) alterations to the floor levels to provide a larger floor plate on the ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor, h) alterations to the roof level and parapet height to permit a higher floor to ceiling on the third floor apartment, i) alterations to rear windows on the north west elevation to accommodate the change in floor levels and forming new window openings and fitting new windows in the proposed new window openings on that same elevation, j) internal alterations to the protected structure to accommodate the new apartment and office layouts and k) alterations to utility and waste water services and surface water services and associated site works and utility services to facilitate the development.
