  • Amendments to the permitted large-scale residential development (lrd) limerick city & county council reference 23/557; an bord pleanála reference abp-319721-24. The proposed amendments to the lrd relate solely to ardhu house and ardhu bar as follows
  • Construction of a new single storey extension to the existing ardhu bar to accommodate toilets and cold room within the existing courtyard of the ardhu bar
  • Modifications to the existing ardhu bar layout by removal of ground floor toilet, removal of hall enclosure to reinstate the archway access to the courtyard. Replace the first-floor open plan bar area with the construction of accommodation stairs, ancillary office and staff rooms
  • Reduction to the footprint and modifications to the roof of the existing courtyard canopy to the ardhu bar
