The minor alterations to development permitted under lccc reg. Ref. 21/1740 and amended under reg. Ref. 24/60133, which allowed for the development of a 99 no. Bed hospital (ranging in 2 to 4 no. Storeys), with both in-patient and out-patient facilities and treatment facilities, with the site being under active construction. Retention works relate to minor changes to the north, east, south and west elevations of the main hospital building permitted building parapet height (the increase in height ranging from 100 mm to 340 mm). The new maximum building height is 34.8 m od; retention works also relate to addition of louvres to curtain walling on north elevation of main hospital building. Retention works also relate to the north, east, south and west elevations of the energy centre building as follows: increase of permitted height from (increase in height ranging from 310 mm to 1,650 mm). The new maximum building height is 19.86 m od. Retention works also relate to amendments to louvre scale and layout to all elevations of the energy centre building.
