Residential units and all associated/ancillary works on lands north of tom bellew avenue in the muirhevnamore estate. The development comprises the following: site 1 (0.10ha) 1 no. 3 bedroom single storey dwelling; 1 no. 2 bedroom single storey dwelling. Site 2 (0.17ha) 3 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwellings. 1 no. 2 bedroom single storey dwelling. Site 3 (0.29ha) 4 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwellings. 1 no. 2 bedroom single storey dwelling. New pedestrian/cycle route from villas 2 to inner relief road. New design to accommodate a more sustainable rear access for existing residents.
