Apartments and duplex units comprised of 27 no. 2 bed apartments and 27 no. 3 bed duplex units in 3 no. Three strorey blocks (blocks d, e and f). Vehicular access to the development will be from permitted roads under ref. No. 08/274 and 18/872.
