Move the off license sales area from the rear of the store to an area closer to the front of the shop. Increase in floor area of the café/coffee shop from 84sqms to 109sqms and inclusion of a new retail unit of 60sqms. General reconfiguration of the internal staff areas and storage areas at ground and first floor. The height of southern portion of the building will increase and the height of the northern portion of the building will remain as permitted. Various elevation changes. Amendments to the layout of the car parking area including: the reduction in parking from 136 spaces to 134 spaces. Moving the locations of the esb substation and 2 no. Electric vehicle parking spaces. Revised location of parent and child spaces, and relocation of, and, additional disabled parking spaces. Amendments to the east side of the foodstore include: replacing the plaza with landscaping; relocation of the 20 no.
